6/1/2012· The 3 phases come out of the main switch and into an ELCB. No Neutral has been wired into the ELCB either. All circuits are run off either the 3 phases or 2 phases. None of the circuits would be of any use with a neutral. Will this ELCB still work? As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't need to be an MEN system, even under Australian standards.
